We offer complimentary quotes for our customers. Quotes are valid for 15 days from the original quote date.

To provide a more accurate quote, FLOOR PLANS, PHOTOS and SITE VISITS ARE REQUIRED.

DELIVERY

Complimentary Curbside Delivery in and around Ellensburg, WA 98926
BULLFROG SPAS purchased from Armstrong’s Stove & Spa Ellensburg will be delivered free of charge trailer-to-curbside in and around Ellensburg and Kittitas County. Your spa will be moved from our trailer across a flat surface with no impediments to a spa pad. The delivered spa must remain horizontal throughout delivery and fit through gates or doors to the final placement on a spa pad.

Complimentary delivery does NOT include moving a spa up or down stairs, an incline, or a decline. See below for specialized SPA delivery information and fees.

Not Included with SPA Delivery

• we do not disassemble fencing, gates, or any other structures
• we do not maneuver up or around or dismantle decking
• we do not provide any electrical services for SPA delivery

Specialized SPA Delivery and Fees*
If the spa must be tipped or maneuvered vertically, the customer will be charged for specialized delivery.

$400.00 specialized delivery fee for moving a SPA

• Up or down a hill
• Up or down stairs
• Up or down any incline or decline

Specialized Equipment Required
The customer is responsible for hiring, paying for, managing, and coordinating specialized equipment required for SPA delivery, such as a crane.

Mileage Charge
We charge mileage on SPA deliveries outside a 45-mile radius of Ellensburg, WA. The minimum mileage fee is $75.00.

SERVICE AND WARRANTY

We service products we sell from our Ellensburg, Washington location. Sold merchandise is traced via a customer database by serial number on each purchased unit, captured at the time of sale. Warranty coverage is determined by each manufacturer and may vary based on the product line, stove, spa, etc. Warranty details are outlined in the owner’s manual and the manufacturer’s website.
